Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional competencies, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research.
• Develop protocols, participate in data collection, and support resource-efficient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
