We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide patient care in a Neuro/Pulmonary Stroke Unit.

- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals.
- Coordinating patient care with other departments and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Performing complex assessments for pulmonary conditions such as COPD, respiratory failure, asthma, and pneumonia, often involving high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, tracheostomies, or chest tubes.
- Monitoring stroke and TIA patients, working closely with stroke coordinators, providing education, and utilizing tele-neuro services when needed.
- Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current LPN license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Basic Life Support certification; IV certification within 1 year.
