Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to establish and grow a surgical ENT program in a community health system.
Responsibilities include: building a dedicated surgical practice with immediate volume, performing full-scope ENT procedures, and collaborating with an established ENT specialist in allergy and sleep medicine. The role offers approximately 1.5 clinic days and 0.5 day for surgeries each week, with no call, nights, or weekends.
Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility, comfort with surgical procedures, and interest in community-based practice growth. A strong referral base and support staff are provided.
Compensation & Benefits: $265,000 base salary, 5% performance bonus, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, and paid time off.
