We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Surgical Care Unit.

Responsibilities include

• assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs
• promoting patient and family-centered care
• educating patients on managing their illness, medications, and post-treatment care
• ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans
• evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers
  
  

Qualifications include

• RN licensure
• minimum nursing diploma or associate degree; BSN preferred
• no prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for BSN candidates
