We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.
The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy plans to help diverse patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications Include
- Graduate from an accredited speech therapy program (MS or MA)
- ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure in good standing
- Preferably 1+ year of experience; new grads are welcome
- CPR certification required
- Assess patient needs and develop functional goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Document therapy progress accurately and timely
- Participate in community health projects and adhere to facility policies
- Provide excellent patient care, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
- Supervise and evaluate CFY students (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
- Strong decision-making, body mechanics, and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in post-acute care
- Good judgment, professionalism, and customer service skills
