Role Overview: The OR Registered Nurse provides specialized perioperative care within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare for surgeries by ensuring availability of supplies and equipment, assist with procedures, and manage post-operative cleanup.
Teach, supervise, delegate tasks based on staff competency, and rotate to other areas as needed.
Qualifications: Current RN licensure, BLS certification, minimum one year of perioperative experience, and ACLS/PALS within six months of hire. CNOR preferred.
