Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requires 1-2 years of hospital-based Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities: Promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families, participates in safety and quality activities, develops and documents individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.

Qualifications: Must have a nursing diploma or associate's degree and an RN license. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
