- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, cultural, and spiritual factors.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with standards of nursing care and regulatory requirements.
- Required: RN license, Nursing Diploma or ADN; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred if holding a Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to work safely and alertly in a high-acuity environment.
