Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a specialized 30-bed unit focused on female health issues, primarily GYN Oncology. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, emphasizing patient safety, education, and holistic support.

Key Duties

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, cultural, and spiritual factors.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
• Maintain compliance with standards of nursing care and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: RN license, Nursing Diploma or ADN; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred if holding a Bachelor's Degree.
