Role: Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for providing professional and technical physical therapy to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, build relationships, ensure accountability, seek continuous improvement in patient care, take initiative for professional growth, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Valid Texas License or Temporary License
• Experience of at least 1 year as a licensed PT; consideration for new graduates
  
  

Key Duties: Render direct and indirect patient care, evaluate and treat patients using established Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules, and participate actively in team collaboration and patient experience enhancement.
