Role Overview

This position involves practicing professional nursing and medicine, providing patient advocacy, and delivering comprehensive care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and health promotion. The role requires performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and executing procedures within legal and organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather medical histories, conduct physical exams, and review relevant studies
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Perform procedures within expertise and regulatory limits
• Educate patients and families about health, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly
• Manage telehealth encounters, in-basket tasks, and emergency responses

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in nursing for APN; Bachelor's degree for PA
• Valid licensure and certifications, including prescriptive authority
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform procedures and educate patients effectively
