Provides expert nursing care in nursery, Mother Baby, postpartum, NICU, PICU, or pediatric units, independently managing patient situations and delegating tasks. Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administers medications and treatments following protocols, documents care, and educates patients and families. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, adaptability across units, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintains clinical policies, ensures accurate health information documentation, and manages medical equipment and orders. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), minimum 2 years in perinatal settings, RN license, BLS, NRP, PALS (if applicable), and STABLE certification. Full-time role with multiple shifts available.
