Provides comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including older adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and updating individualized care plans, and implementing care aligned with interdisciplinary teams. Evaluates patient responses, revises goals as needed, and documents progress daily. Acts as a role model and preceptor for students and new staff, supporting orientation and knowledge sharing. Ensures effective communication, maintains confidentiality, and reports patient conditions accurately. Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and six months to a year of RN experience. May serve as charge nurse or supervisor and supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff. Multiple shifts available for full-time employment.
