We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor & Delivery team, providing safe, patient-centered care to mothers, newborns, and families. The role involves working on a 12-hour night shift with weekend and holiday commitments, including on-call duties. The RN will have opportunities for cross-training in areas such as High-Risk Obstetrics, OB Peri-Operative Services, Antenatal Care, and potentially OBGYN Emergency, enhancing their clinical expertise. Qualifications include a BSN or commitment to obtain one within three years, two years of acute care RN experience, Delaware RN licensure or equivalent, and BLS certification. Preferred experience includes inpatient Women's & Children's, PACU, or Emergency Department settings.
