Provides independent nursing care in emergency and clinical settings, ensuring safety and quality patient outcomes. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing complex emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administers medications, monitors treatment effectiveness, and documents patient information accurately. Educates patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and resources. Demonstrates flexibility by working across multiple units and adhering to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations. Maintains clinical competencies, manages patient flow, and contributes to unit operations. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), RN licensure, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (where applicable). Experience in emergency and other specialty units is essential. Full-time, night shift.
