Candidates should have active RN licensure, BLS certification, and 1-2 years of recent rehab experience, preferably in hospital or clinical settings. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, documentation, IV therapy, telemetry, and managing high-acuity patients are essential. ACLS is preferred.
