Join as a Dietary Aide responsible for meal preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads, and serving residents according to their dietary needs. You will clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas, follow food safety protocols, and interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service. Additional duties include assisting with routine tasks and adhering to sanitation guidelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior food service experience (preferred), strong teamwork and communication skills, and compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and perform repetitive tasks around food and cleaning products is required. Certification such as ServSafe or Food Handler may be necessary based on local laws. Residency within the service area is also needed.
