You Will Focus On
- Customer upsell and cross sells.
- Customer retention.
- Customer onboarding
- and pitch in to sales, onboarding, & marketing and more.
- Worked as an Account Manager for a US-based SaaS startup before.
- Is comfortable developing deep technical understanding of the product.
